SCAN Health Plan Arizona is helping seniors start off the year on the right foot … literally. The not-for-profit Medicare Advantage plan is offering 23 health and fitness classes in January. What a beautiful evening at the Luminaria Walk around Diamond Lake in Oakwood Country Club, Sun Lakes, AZ.  The entire lake was bordered by candelarias and the Sun Lakes Chorale provided a backdrop of Christmas music.  It was absolutely stunning. The Cromford Report lists Sun Lakes as ranking #7 in annual average $/SF as being $111.85.  That ranking is just behind Paradise Valley, Carefree, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Rio Verde and Cave Creek so we are in some pretty good company.  Sun Lakes is made up of Phase 1 and Cottonwood which are not gated and Palo Verde, Ironwood and Oakwood which are gated.  Cottonwood and Palo Verde share the same HOA and Ironwood/Oakwood (the newest two areas) share the same HOA known as IronOaks.
