The San Tan Valley Market Report November 2014 reveals several interesting statistics regarding the local real estate market for San Tan Valley, Pinal County. The San Tan Valley area is expansive and includes neighborhoods such as Circle Cross Ranch, Copper Basin, Johnson Ranch, Laredo Ranch, Moon Shadow Las Praderas, Morning Sun Farms, Pecan Creek, San Tan Heights, Skyline Ranch, and Ironwood Crossing. The local market report tells us that the number of new listings in November 2014 was down 31.6% from October. The number of closed sales was 94 which was down 38.6% from the previous month.   Johnson Ranch is located in unincorporated Pinal County, in an area just outside of Queen Creek, Arizona called San Tan Valley. Johnson Ranch is a wonderful master-planned community with almost 6000 homes of all different sizes and price points. Since the neighborhood is in an unincorporated area of the county, fire protection is serviced privately by Rural Metro. Although generally optional, many mortgage lenders will require private fire insurance. If your home is on fire and you call 911, the fire trucks will automatically roll.
