As we roll into September, our snowbirds are starting to make plans to make their move west into a more forgiving winter climate. Saddlebrooke, Arizona - to the north of Tucson - is a very popular spot for our winter visitors to roost. When it comes to our retirees - permanent and temporary - Tucson's population is growing.
