Ingredients: 1 lb pork loin, cubed1/2 cup cornstarch1/2 cup flour2 tbsp soy sauce1/2 cup water1 piece raw egg, beaten2 cups cooking oil1 small cubed red bell pepper and green bell pepper (1 each)1 chopped medium sized red onion1 small carrot (diagonally sliced)2 servings of sweet and sour sauce Instruction: 1. Ingredients: 2 Cups of Graham Cracker 1 Cup Softened Butter and 1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)2 Cups Sugar2 Eggs6 Peeled Bananas (lengthwise)1 (20 ounce) can drained crushed pineapple1 Quart Fresh Strawberries, halved1 (16 ounce) package whipped topping (frozen and thawed)1 cup chopped Walnuts or Almonds Instruction - In a baking pan, combine graham cracker and melted butter thoroughly and press into bottom. This a home made glaze for a Ham, that will have all your guests begging for your recipe. I have another home made recipe that involves Steak and Pepsi! Ingredients: - 1 1/4 cups flour (all purpose)- 1 egg- 1 cup milk- 1 tablespoon baking powder- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda- 1/4 teaspoon salt- 3-4 teaspoon sugar- 1 tablespoon butter Blueberry syrup• 125ml/41fl oz maple syrup• 200g/7oz blueberries Instruction:1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients then beat 1 egg and add it to the mixture.2. Add milk and butter. Mix it well.3. Get a non-stick, good condition frying pan. Add a drop of oil or butter.4. Turn it on the other side when bubbles appear. Approximately 1 minute each side. Instruction for Blueberry syrup: 1. In a pan, put blueberries and add maple syrup. Wait until it boil. Even the horses like to play in it! The Children, Horses, Dogs, even some adults like to play in it. Some are waiting for our next big snow to get into a real good snowball fight, or perhaps even go sledding! Cold, but Fun! Gotta make the best of it, right? It's getting chilly, but maybe we'll have a White Christmas. Right now it is currently 36 degrees outside, and the low tonight will be 29 degrees.  Burrrrr!  We don't like it to be cold for NO reason...so we "Paysonites" are waiting for it to snow. Ingredients: 1 kg. spaghetti noodles1 kg. ground beef1/2 kg. hotdogs1/2 kg. tomato sauce 1/2 kg. banana catsup3 pieces bay leaves1/8 cup brown or white sugar2 diced green bell peppers2 chopped onions1 head garlic3 tablespoons of cooking oil1 cup of water3/4 cup grated cheeseSalt and pepper to taste Instructions:1. Everyone will love it! but remember...if you drink this, drink responsibly...and always have a designated driver. (Let your guests know, so they are prepared!) PREP TIME: 5 Minutes / COOK TIME: 6 Hours, Ingredients 2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 pinch salt 2 quarts hot water 3 cinnamon sticks 6 whole cloves 2 cups rum 1 cup sweetened whipped cream ground nutmeg to taste Combine the brown sugar, butter, salt and hot water in 5 quart slow cooker. Caramel custard is a perfect dessert this Christmas, it is made up of egg yolk and milk with a caramel on top. Ingredients:10 egg yolks1 big can evaporated and condense milk3 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon vanilla3/4 cup water Other things needed:3 mould containerAluminum foil Instructions: In the mould container, mix the sugar and water. Parboil for a few minutes until the sugar caramilize. Mix the following ingredients in bowl: egg yolks, evaporated and condensed milk and vanilla. Adobo is a Spanish word for seasoning or marinade.  This is a famous and unique Filipino cuisine.  There are many things to do with those turkey leftovers!
