Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). You'll Need: 10-12 Country Ribs, 1 Lemon thin sliced, 3 Table Spoons Miniced Garlic, a touch of Worschestire Sauce, 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce of your Choice or Flavor. In a shallow baking pan, place ribs in a single layer; salt if desired. Spread the garlic on the ribs, add the Worschestire, then place the lemon slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 2 hours - the ribs should be tender. Drain any grease and liquid. Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs. Return to oven and bake one more hour at 200 to 250 degrees F. This makes an Excellent, Mouth Watering Easter Dinner! A friend of mine gave me this recipe, and I tried it last night, and loved it. I just had to share it! 03/29/2013
