Well I went to shoot more photos, and lately I've been running into some strange things. Creepy Crawly things. Here's the big boy I found in the house a couple days ago. I took several photos, I just found it fascinating because of it's size and how it moved. It looks like it even had a head on each end. I never really seen one, a Centipede that big before. These are actually poisonous in Arizona. The Exterminators stay busy, that's for sure, so I left it where it was. The Exterminator knows...so no need to worry. Last month I went to shoot Photos, and this is what I found...A Big Hairy Tarantula had creeped inside to get cool it looks like.  This was an incredible Open House. It was held Sat. & Sunday over the weekend. It might be held open next weekend too, I'm not sure yet, I will find out for sure tomorrow.  I have to share how incredible this Open House was. On Saturday the 31st, I had 18 People arrive. Well I thought that was pretty rare and busy but then on Sunday the 1st, I was taken by surprise to have 40 People arrive! I had a friend with me that was quietly & secretly counting the people as I was interacting with them. This was a successful Open House and so much fun! Never a dull moment, and I met so many wonderful people! If I expected that many I would have been more prepared for extra waters for my guests and more MLS Sheets! I was pulling up to a property to shoot some photos, and look what I found! The Wildlife here is amazing. As I was leaving the property, I found more. I've got photos of the whole entire family! This particular herd didn't seem shy at all. That is rare. They are known to run if you get to close or stare back at them too long. This pack seemed as though they were just as fascinated with me, as I was at them. We had a little staring contest. I never know what I'll run into while I'm out shooting photos especially close to green belt and Forest. This is a TARANTULA that was in a home that I went to shoot photos in the other day. They are more docsille then the common house spider, but they can sure catch ya off guard! I'm sure glad this thing didn't fall down on my head or something. My Assistant actually shot this photo at this angle. I'm not so freaked out about the photo itself, but what freaked me out is when we got back to the Office to upload these photos, I had realized how many times that day I was actually standing right under that darned thing! (The thought of that took quiet sometime to get use to!) Nobody could help but laugh at my reaction... Funny...but not........well..hmm...Kinda funny... One of those times, ya know? In Arizona, as in other regions of the world including India and Thailand, we experience a monsoon, a season of high temperatures, high winds, and high moisture, resulting in potentially deadly weather. The term "monsoon" comes from the Arabic "mausim" meaning " season" or Windshift". Quite often the rain pools on streets during and for a few hours after monsoon storms causes dangerous driving conditions. It is not wise for people to attempt crossing a bridge that has even 3-4 inches of water across it. Many people are surprised to see the consequence. It may not seem like a lot of water, but that's why people get into trouble, and may slide off the bridge into deeper water or such things. Those signs posted should be heeded carefully.
