Is it a buyers market? A seller's Market? The answer will surprise you.Its neither. You read that correctly. In Arizona at least, the market isn't primed for either buyers or sellers, what its "primed for" is Real Estate! Crazy right? We are in a normal Real Estate Market. Inventory is around 17,000 units for sale in all of Maricopa and Pinal Counties. Around 3k are pending and/or under contract and about 600 in the coming soon category.What about rates? Who cares. Yes, I said that. When I purchased my first home, my rate was 8.375% and I was elated.
