Every week or so I take a look at the key indicators for the market for subdivision homes in Maricopa Arizona. No fancy images or layout, just the facts. I have been tracking these indicators for over two years and include a spreadsheet of that period at the end of my post. Maricopa is located just outside of the Greater Phoenix area on the southern part, about 35 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and  20 minutes southwest of Chandler.  The Gila River indian reservation is to the North, with Chandler and Phoenix farther north.  The Ak-Chin Indian Reservation is to the Southwest and Casa Grande is southeast.  Temperatures in Maricopa are not totally different than in Phoenix though there may be a few degrees variance in either direction.  What’s special about the City of  Maricopa?
