It's one of those places where the food is only part of the experience... the farmtown ambiance does its part to help make this place a must-visit destination. Well... Joe is at it again. Arizona has many new homes available. Home Builders, both large and small, have noticed the valley's wild population growth patterns, and have set up stakes in this area. It's quite the task to keep up with all the developments... but it's very much worth it, as many new homes are priced below current market.
