   12/04/2011 Market Report:  Desert Hills Arizona   In the month of October, the only sale in Desert Hills was a lender owned home that sold for $93.83 per square foot. There are presently no lender owned homes in Desert Hills. There were no home sales in Desert Hills in the month of November per the Cromford Report.   There are nine homes presently listed for sale, two are short sales and the balance are regular equity sales. They are priced at an average of $138.14 per square foot. Homes in this highly desirable area have gradually fallen n price from a high of around $106 per sq ft earlier in the year to a low of $87.11.     All Desert Hills properties are horse properties, it is a peaceful region adjacent to State Parks with abundant trails for riding.
