Life of a Bobcat in a Tamed Desert - Bobcat Rescue!   - It's not every day that you get to see Bobcats and their babies up close from a home movie!  Apparently a mother Bobcat had her babies and decided to use the roof of a Phoenix home as a "staycation."  They lounged on the roof of this home until the babies were old enough to come down.  When you watch this YouTube, you'll see them sliding back and forth on the skylight.  Later one of the babies must have fallen down one of the pillars.  The homeowners drilled holes to create a hole large enough for the baby Bobcat to escape.  She then happened upon the pool for an accidental swim.  The homeowners were smart enough to stay away from the Bobcat and let the baby escape to her mother! 11/28/2011

  Cave Creek Arizona Market Report   A wonderful place for family living, much of Cave Creek property accommodates horses; in addition to equestrian sports, swimming, boating, hiking, biking, and other outdoor sports are easily accessible.   Per the Cromford Report, over the past month, homes are selling for $126-$133 per square foot.
