I’ve had clients who are “queruious” have you? While this does not have often it does happen.  This is usually happens when you are on the buyers side.  It does happen sometimes for the sellers side but not that much.  So to get to the point my question is how many or how often do you run into this?  The meaning of (kwer’yoo les) is inclined to find fault; complaining.  So now that you know the meaning what say you?

When I was young I liked to “natation” and I still do. In my younger days I enjoyed this and I still do to this day.  While I don’t do this very often anymore I still enjoy it.  The only problem is finding a place warm enough to do this in.  Can’t take it cold or even at room temperature, so anyway the meaning of (na ta’shen) is the act or art of swimming. So now that you know the meaning what say you?

I’m “darb” are you and if not why not? I will bet that most of you consider yourself this.  I’m going to use the slang version of this word for this post.  There are some other people who I know well let me change that to everyone I know I believe they are this.  Now I guess you would like to know the meaning of (darb) is a person or thing regarded as remarkable or excellent.  I think I’m a very remarkable person and I know some excellent people.  So now what say you?

Have you ever had an “aposiopesis” happen to you? Having been there done that I will be the first to admit it has happened to me.  Now the question has it happened to you? Isn’t Webster’s© just wonderful?  Another question I have for you did it happen in front of a client?  Hope that did not happen and so far (knock on wood) it hasn’t happened to me yet.  Now for the meaning of (ap’ o si’ o pe’sis) is a sudden breaking off of a thought in the middle of a sentence as if one were unable or unwilling to continue.  Now that you know the meaning what say you?

An elderly Arkansas woman called 911 on her cell phone to report her car had been broken into.  She was hysterical as she explained her situation to the dispatcher.  They’ve taken the steering wheel, the brake pedal, the stereo and the gear shifter.  The dispatcher reassured her to stay calm an officer would soon be there.  A few minutes later, the officer radios in “Disregard.”   He says.  Are you ready?     Scroll down       Just a little more       Come on you’ve made it this far         “She got in the back-seat by mistake.”   Enjoy your day

It's no secret I don't know everything about real estate or the real estate market.  I do try and learn something I did not know every day and I get some of that knowledge from posts on Activerain.  I have had the opportunity to talk to other agents and found they are committing this and in some cases I think it hurts the image we have.  The meaning of (hi pak're se) a pretending to be what one is not.  If you don't know for instance the commercial market why take a commercial listing.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.

Here again don't go reading anything into the heading (topic) until you hear the rest of the story as Paul would say.  But I have news for you; you do this every day if you're in the business.  Why you may ask well I'll be glad to tell you.  You do this because that's what you were taught to do.  The meaning of (a pal e jet' ik), defending in writing or speech; vindicating.  Now there are those who might not agree with me but if it's not in writing it did not happen.  If it's not in writing it does not exist.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.

Yesterday I had nothing to do in the morning.  No lawn work, no golf nothing.  I am an early riser that is to say about 04:00 to 05:00 AM I am up and greeting the day.  I did this for years and I do not need an alarm to wake up.  Anyway there I was in slumber land and my eyes popped open at 04:31.  I thought just a minute more since there was nothing to do.  Next thing I knew it was 07:10 and the day was shot.  I wasted about 3 whole hours sleeping.  At my age I can't afford to waste time.  Anyway I can't never say again I don't sleep past 05:00 AM again sad so sad to say.   But on the bright side I did wake up which is better than not...  Have a great day the sun is shining and you're alive.

Now don't read anything into this.  As you know the English language with any one word it can have several meanings.  So what were the visions you had when you read the title shame on you? J  Ok now that is out of the way the meaning of (kan' sort) to be in harmony or agreement; be in accord.  So be in harmony and agreement with your buyers or sellers.  Go over the real estate contract with them and counsel them along the way.  Be the agent you would like to have if you were in their shoes.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.
