Spring has officially sprung in the Oakstone neighborhood of Madison AL.  2 homes were sold in Q1 of 2019 with an average sales price of $290,500 and an average of 22 days on market.  At the time of this report there is 1 home for sale in Oakstone. Oakstone is a popular community of approximately 148 homes, with one entrance/exit onto Browns Ferry Road, near the new Kroger shopping center.  There is an HOA with a nominal annual fee.  In addition to the main entrance/exit, there is a walking path at the end of Spotted Fawn Road that cuts through to the neighboring Foxfield subdivision on Balch Road.  There has long been talk of creating a trail, at this cut through, to connect these two neighborhoods to the Mill Creek Greenway; there is no known timeline for this project.This community i...
