We have tabulated our monthly statistics derived from the Mobile Area Association of Realtors and Baldwin County Association of Realtors. Based on the data, we saw a slowdown in both the Mobile and the Baldwin County markets. November was much slower in Mobile after a few months of higher activity. The number of sales in Baldwin County was very slow month in October.Mobile County real estate market is still showing signs of recovery as activity is still relatively high.
