    Hi Paul,   Thanks for your email.   Apologies for the slower than normal response. We are working with an Army major who is on a tight schedule and has exacting requirements for a purchase. He is moving here with the Army Material Command, part of the ongoing Base Realignment and Closure. (BRAC) They have monopolized our time the past week but we have found three candidate properties and will be making offers tomorrow.   We do work with a large number of investors and should be able to offer some insight on the area. Southeast Huntsville is a good choice. The area is stable, has good schools and newer shopping entertainment and restaurants.
