Hi All, We have a buyer from Virgina Beach coming down to huntsville's Redstone Arsenal as a part of the 2005 base realighnment and closure. The family was looking for Huntsville houses for sale but She was not able to come to back to Huntsville after we went under contract for a final punch list. Here is an update;    We have a total of four investors that we have pointed the property out to. The most promising one is also looking at buying a new personal home at around $500,000. If they don't purchase the new personal house I think they will buy the XXXXX house.   The second investor already has two houses in Hampton Cove and is looking for another. They have tenant problems in one of the houses and want to sort that out before buying another.   The third is an out of state investor who wants to buy multifamily property. Because of the inherent risk and difficulty in reselling multifamily I am doing my best to shift him to single family. For now he is still focused on multifamily.
