Sometimes we are asked to accomplish what may seem to be the impossible.  A recent client project involved providing form, function and a placed for fun in only 400 sq. ft for a complete living space.  The client provided us with a copy of the floor plan and photos. The before photos show an area mainly overtaken by a king size bed and a large couch with only room for 3.  From that, we provided a room layout and formulated a design aesthetic that would be inviting.  Since the client works in a clinical white box setting, color and texture was needed to break up this small white box feeling and create a living space, entertaining space, sleep space, work space and a reading space -  We never even saw the actual space until the day of installation.     Before:  Small and Uninviting and No...
