Nottingham, Sherwood Park, AB The subdivision of Nottingham, is located centrally in Sherwood Park, just north of Wye Rd.  Because of the location, this is a much sought after area of Sherwood Park.  Most homes in this area were built between  1985 and 2009.    There is one condominium complex within Nottingham:  Manor in Nottingham.  There is also a gated community called Excalibur Estates, an age restricted development.
