Wild Rose Edmonton Real Estate The Wild Rose Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to underperform versus the Edmonton selling price per square foot in 2011. In the first quarter of 2011, the Edmonton sold price per square foot increased from 2010, where Wild Rose has continued to slip off 2010 numbers.  Wild Rose did have a high number of 2 story homes sell so far in 2011, and this does bring the price per square foot down when compared to a bungalow or bilevel style home.   Interested in a comparable market analysis on your Wild Rose home?
