Airdrie was a hot bed of Real Estate activity during the month of April 2012, with 81 Homes reported as SOLD and the average days on market for those homes only being 51 days.. During the month 129 new listing were taken which means we still have ample supply of inventory for buyers to select from. Spring has arrived, but just as it was arriving March sales stats showed an increase in the price of homes that were selling. in Airdrie.  The seasonal sales curve indicates that we should see a continuing number of  home sales through April, May and June.  You may notice from the numbers below,  Airdrie homes sellers are still receiving an average of 97% of lists price ( realtors are still seeing offers coming in well below 7% of list). This just shows that Airdrie Realtors are doing a great job for their sellers.
