ActiveRain MeetUp - Caroling in Southern Utah! When I realized that Carol Williams would be passing through St. George, lunch plans and a tee-time were immediately made. Due to the influx of new residents to my selling area, open slots to golf can be 15 -  30 days out. Our golf destination was Southgate Golf Course for a quick 9-holes. The chicken taco's there at the restaurant were the bomb.
