We do produce some form of video on all our listings. The budget is what the property determines only, not whether we shoot one or not. They all get one.

Oh gosh no! I do them on every listing! If the listings are smaller homes without a lot of features, I branch out into the neighborhoods and neighborhood amenities for footage as well as area highlights (restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc.)

I personally believe that having a video on all of my listings are more of an investment in me and not the listing.  The YouTube video created is a tool to promote myself and show the public that I am a proactive agent.

When was still an active broker I absolutely had professional videos and photos of every listing no matter what the price point.  And I started that way before many agent even knew about it....2001 I think. Never looked back.
