I'll be taking my annual Ninja Business Plan class and Buffini & Company's Bold Predictions for 2025 both next Monday; that is always an exciting time to visualize my year with good market information in advance.
Expanded networking, increased client interactions and marketing (already being implemented) are at the forefront. But also a well laid out, time-blocked calendar that I honor so that I continue to chip away daily at my goals and follow the aforementioned formula and continue into my 30th year (1995-2025) of being business-coached.

I have committed to dedicating more time to meditating. 

Starting each day by meditating first thing in the morning means my intentions for the day are set, and things get done with a happy and grateful heart. 

Bottom line:  it is not in the what, it is in the how. 

With the loss of my MIL, my SIL has decided to move to the beach and retire from RE. My whole business plan has been up-ended a bit but, restructuring is my #1 priority now. I don't want to hire a replacement and that will completely change the dynamics of my 'team.' 

What I won't do that I did in 2024 - limit my travel time! 2025 will take us to new places, more often. After all, don't we get more business when we're on vacation?!! 

What are your plans for a bigger, better 2025, Leanne?

The leadership change is going to spur lots of growth & opportunities for all. I would have a business plan (subjective), ready to go & be flexible with it. Just go with what works i.e. the old tried & true. Door-hangers, door-knocking, leave-behinds, volunteering, target marketing & work WORD of MOUTH

2024 has been a difficult market. I expect more of the same in 2025.

I am working on what I will be doing different so that I will have a better year.

Healthier, Wealthiere, Happier

Perhaps more vacationing.

This year we are finishing the year by stocking up on supplies that are likely to get hit hardest by the tariff taxes.

I need to change some of my personal daily activities and need to develop a more positive attitude.

I am doubling down on strength training. 

This sounds like a good topic for a monthly Challenge, Leanne. 😊

     Not history yet Leanne Smith  and nearly a month of listing, twisting, selling ahead. It's pretty clear. You have to work, manage your time, stay productive. Study to learn creative ways to be out front and capture a greater market share than others in your market wished you did.

     Real estate is a jealous sport that requires focus, attention, respect. Fire in your belly hustle. You have to be able to quickly pivot when your planned organized day demands a change of dance steps. You lose out if you are lazy and unorganized and just lack motivation.

Hello Leanne Smith I expect 2025 will be better than 2024.

I will be scaling back from some of the roles I occupy. Time for others to step up. AND I will be striving for that final fitness goal

Spent 2024 retired and enjoying the grandkids. So, 2025 will be a rinse and repeat and hopefully the same or even better.  

I will be focusing on a Development I have (25 lots remaining) .
