As explained earlier, it's a matter of practicality for ARMS.  We can spend our entire day monitoring a question looking for individual answers that cross the line, or just kill the entire question.  99 times out of 100, we're going to kill the question so we can focus on our other daily tasks.

I agree with ARMS. The time it would take to monitor every single answer is a ridiculous use of their time. Zap.....on to bigger issues to solve.

Because it is difficult for ARMS to keep track of every comment and certain people would rather attack on this platform instead of just moving on.

Michael, what was your purpose for asking the question?  Did you expect  only YES or NO answers?  

No one can completely answer the question and include their true feelings about the debate without having the answer violate what ARMS is trying to achieve in this Q&A section.

I'm sure Candice A. Donofrio struggled when typing her original answer.

     Whatever the cause or product/service offered, you see it everywhere online. YouTube real estate video channels even get hit in the comment section with something nothing to do with the property listing.

     Investment spam, yes, political spam cleverly gets salt and peppered and grows unless weeded out and monitored.

My guess is it's a matter of logistics.  Checking every answer would be too time consuming.  Deleting the question removes all doubt and having to read every answer and making a judgement call on each one.
