I wouldn't know, we pay annually, not per listing. I guess you need to divide your annual fee by how many listings you post on average annually to calculate your cost per listing - which is subject to your production vs. another's.

If you're asking about commissions, you shouldn't be.
Are you asking about MLS dues?
I pay 240 a year and 175 a month for data feed to website.

Are you referring to someone who pays an agent to put their listing in MLS? If so, it's still compensation and shouldn't be discussed.

Are you talking about the fee for service places that charge a flat fee to put a FSBO in the MLS?

I have never paid a fee for an MLS listing and never heard of anyone doing so.

Our fee to enter a listing in the mls is annual and is bundled with our association dues. It cover access to and use of the mls, not just the cost of entering a listing.
