Probably from other misinformed agents. Although, it is possible that some sellers will not want to pay buyers agents. It's case by case, but I think most sellers that need to sell will offer x % to buyers broker.

Sellers are not required to pay buyer's agent's fees.

Yet they still can and many will if the listing agent makes them aware of the advantage of doing so.

Many agents have a lot to learn.

From the same idiots that don't understand that the Supreme Court returned State's Right's to the States and did not overthrow abortion. Suggest they take a course in learning how to read. I know a lot od people in Washington who have passed a Bar Exam earlier in their career. Obviously Consiitutional law was not their strong subject. And, many of those idiots taught Constitutional law earlier in their career. Wonder why so many lawyers today don't understand the law, ask who their law school instructor was!!!!
