Not at all. In my area homes are depositing, closing; prices are going down. There's a big rush by sellers of overpriced homes to catch the end of the bubble.

Not by a long shot in the Phoenix Metro and Scottsdale area.  In my particular area, Moon Valley, there are 50 homes for sale, 16 pending and 36 have closed this past month up to 2.5M.

I don't believe so.  Things have slowed down a bit, but it's January in Wisconsin and not many people want to venture outside let alone go shopping for a house in January.

We had a freeze in the back half of 2022- but 2023 has started out much better. I can't speak for the national market- but Manhattan is likely about 60-65% of the way through this transition.
