Run! They text me periodically and I ignore them. I did a search on them with terrible reviews. One mentioned paying a $299 fee to use the program and CRM and not receiving a single credible lead so they asked for a refund and were advised to check their contract. They did not mention if they ever received their refund but it sounds like a good place to stay away from.

Never heard of them, but the only referral service that has ever worked for me in 23 years of real estate and 30 years of DJing was referrals from my own nurtured database!

I've never heard of them. Based on the comments it seems they are a lead source. 

I've never paid for leads ... never will.

I get leads from my blood sweat and tears 🤣 building my own sites and generating my own leads.

Never heard of them. I get text messages weekly from xyz companies who want to grow my business. In my experience my sphere and other Realtors or brokers in the business are the best referral source.

Sounds like a religion or acid reflex condition Bob Crane . Listing referrals in a hot tight property real estate market seem more valuable than buyer prospect ones. How steep is the fee?

I've heard of them and receive many texts, calls & emails from them.

 

But than I learned anyone can produce leads via marketing efforts. The difference between their leads and mine, I qualify my leads better and that to me is worth more!

 

Maybe I should sell them some of non-working leads - LOL...

They produce a lot of spam... the moment you click their free information or ad, you got on their hook. Well, same as many other marketing companies.

Hey  Bob,  I had a guy name Oscar call me on Wed to convince me about joining.  I spend a good amount of time reading their horrendous reviews.  He tried to tell me that I should look at the positive reviews and I responded they are very, if any positive reviews.  Based on their supposed 15,000 clients X $299=$4,485,000 they have collected, so they are very successful only at convincing people to join, that's about it and you can't even verify the # of actual clients.  To me it was a scam.

I always check on reviews before signing up with any vendor as reviews safeguard your hard earned  $$$$$$
