It is just shy of 7AM MST and I just helped escrow company in NB (we deal with escrow companies all over the place on developer deals) correct a CD that almost netted my sellers 30k shy of their actual net, as the 80 y/o sellers are on an 80 mile road trip from their small mountain town to the city where they will sign their documents . . . I always feel like I'm micromanaging and I even gave the (very lovely) escrow officer full authority to throat punch me for meddling. But my figures were correct. 

So I dominate by making the figures make sense. Micromanaging. And authorizing throat punches if I'm full of shiz!

Following up with client getting pre-qualified by their lender. Then, later today, picking my brother up from the shuttle service in St. George. He is flying in from Pittsburgh. Yay!

You know what ruins a Friday? Finding out it's actually Tuesday...lol

already did it, got out of bed.

Let's see, it's 3pm and so far today I did a bunch of work stuff, walked the dog, did more work stuff, participated on the ActiveRain Zoom call, decided what I was going to make for dinner with my crookneck squash from the garden, watered my garden, put away some hoses for the season, started chainsawing some small trees for kindling/small wood, but broke the chainsaw, tried to fix it unsuccessfully so switched gears and prepared the wood shed for the winter - took off the lattice on the back so we can get the wood that wasn't used last year first, then moved a bunch of chopped wood into it from across the driveway. Now I'm walking the dog again, getting the mail, taking another shower and then I might sit down.

Does that count for dominating?

Reviewing and answering back to my question from yesterday in ActiveRainand the rest of my day will be continuing to studying for my RE test, in Utah.  Happy Tuesday

Happy Wednesday! Tuesday was wonderful and included our weekly ActiveRain ZOOM call where our fabulous members shared some great stories of their successes here in the Rain. It was a delightful hour and a part of a lovely day in real estate!

I'm calling other people to make sure they are ok after hurricane Ian and trying to help as much as I can those in need. Also, trying to work and get back to normal. Thank you God for another day and to be alive!

It's Thursday, but good morning.

My daughter is here from Arizona -- she will be working remotely for the next 3 weeks and I will be gifted with watching her Beagle, KonaBella (Beautiful Coffee).  

On the work side of things we have slowed down a bit and so I am taking this time to re-evaluate and re-organize ... and make calls to follow up on anyone who contacted me this year for anything real estate!
