San Diego abandoned Supra for Sentrilock about 15 years ago. I only use a borrowed Supra when I sell in the Bay Area, which I did twice in 2021 but not often.

Oh, it's been going on for a lot longer than that!  I've had notifications not show up or get delayed by several days for months now, if not over a year.  We were blaming cell phone reception and 3G but who knows...

I've got a call from one agent who asked if I showed a home a second time. She got the notification of my showing over a week later!

And don't get me started on their supra-crappy phone app!  Damn thing stops updating whenever it feels like it.

It used to be when a business was noticed of something regarding their business model wasn't right, they remedied right away. They wanted to provide customer service, increase their profits & good will. For something to not function is unacceptable for a length of time? NO They want to train us in to believe otherwise. refuse this!

This may explain why a colleague I helped during 2020, as she did not leave the house, would ask why she was receive notifications days later, if she got one. 

The last notification I received was on 9/13.  So I guess it's not working over here in the Central Valley either.

That's horrible!  Glad I no longer subscribe to them!  

For we Supra users, that is not good news at all.

Great "Heads Up" Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist . When I was active I truly counted on this information so I could boast to my Sellers how many showing they had. In most cases my listings were vacant because I worked with Builders thus I listed new homes.

Wow, that was there selling point.

Well that's damn inconvenient. We use Sentrilock here. I still say that they should be more high-tech than they are. My garage door opener can do more stuff.

My most recent listing was in contract before this happened. Next one doesn't come on market till early October so I wasn't aware. Hopefully, this will be resolved by then. Obviously, when I've been opening Supra boxes to show property, I'd have no way of knowing if it recorded for the listing agent.

Not surprising! So nice to be retired.

Still getting them as of today, hopefully it will continue and they will have it resolved soon.

So far so good. When I go into a listing, the some listing agents do their follow calls almost when I'm still showing it.  😁

Now that you mention it, yes! An agent called to ask if I did show her vacant listing under the guise of a lost key. There was no history recorded that day!

I've noticed it before. Sometimes notifications arrived a day late!

OOOOhhhhhhh.....  and I thought it was because the seller let the buyers and agent in through the garage. And the agents played dumb regarding the function of using the supra box. And all my boxes have a CBS code that only I can reveal. One would think it is a bit important.
Then there's the two day late notification.
Isn't tech great? The more tech used the more double-checking is required.
Even with the imperfections, when dealing with vacant listing, the supra is better than the need to be present.
