Something will eventually have to give if interest rates continue to climb and the bond and stock markets continue to tank.  The trick is figuring out when eventually will arrive. I wish I knew!

Well if our 'wave' of folks moving here gets a lot larger than it already is this year,  we need to build a LOT more homes. 

LOL well . . . I don't use my crystal ball(s) in real estate** but since our area is resort/vacation/second home area, yes, Spring is our ON season and it's been like that every year including the big bada bust!

** I use my BRASS ones!

This spring is going to be wonderful. I am crummy with a crystal ball but great at speeding up the hamsters to work.

If a wave is coming, spring it on! 

Interest rates going up at the same time inflation is going up seems like an indication of coming change.

I have to say we had a great winter and spring is not like it use to be

Springtime has always been busy for real estate here, no crystal ball needed!

Lots and lots and lots of CASH buyers continue to flood into Florida. I see no reduction in demand for homes.
On the other end there looms a homeless crisis as those on fixed income must deal with exploding insurance costs and/or HOA fees that will put them in peril. 
The fallout of the Champaigne Tower collapse will have a big impact on those 55+ communities on land lease real estate. The expiries on the land lease are on the horizon. These folks don' t even have the 'reverse mortgage' option because of the land lease. A...nother crisis is forming.

No crystal ball, so I do not know. Some will be inclined to move sooner to procure a lower rate. Then again some may be sidelined as a result of rate increases. Maybe roll the dice!

As long as we keep doing what we need to do it will be busy.

The current Sellers Tsunami hasn't even reached shore yet. Its a wave that keeps on giving driven by powerful , known & unknow forces. Spring come!

Crystal Ball in for repairs

Oh yeah, it's already begun.

we've been really busy since January, we only had a little slow down between Thanksgiving and New Year's.

Our Spring starts in February and the market starts cooling off end of June, or mid-July.    This was different in 2020 with COVID, as we couldn't show homes for 8 weeks, and the market went into August.

Like the weather, depends on the area, your market and how it behaves because of a slew of factors. You make your own luck and how big or small the market share pie slice is up to your hustle, creativity, empathy, sense of humor, etc no matter which one you serve Peter Mohylsky. BRIX REALTY 

No Crystal Ball here -- but Spring has always sprung us into a tizzy of activity.  Not disappointed!  I am a busy bee!

My crystal ball senses a change here in NH. But not a crash. Instead of 20 offers i am getting 4-5. We still have a great deal of relocation buyers, most with cash coming for our great jobs. We are all seeing a great deal of retirees also with cash. First time buyers are panicking, but we also see more homes coming on the market to buy
