I sometimes suspect that many agents spend more time time and money than it is worth trying to perfect their websites when they should be concentrating on their business.

Websites are a minor tool and they need to spend more effort elsewhere and delegate this to a service, an admin, or better yet just use the free site that their brokerage provides.

Buyer BEWARE or recommendations made on this platform or any other. Be sure to do your vetting. 

I built my own, but I'm active in a few developer groups on Facebook, mainly around the design tools I use to build my sites.  While I can't recommend anyone from personal experience, there are a lot of agencies out there and some newer ones that put out a good looking product that might be "hungry" for the work.

Always get references and links to sites they've built.  If the sites aren't related to the reference, reach out to the company directly to ask them how it went.

Some companies will use "Figma" to create mockups prior to coding.  That could be a good way to get an idea down.

If they don't want/need something custom, there are several good themes and real estate plugins on wordpress.  Some of the better ones were on sale this past weekend too.
