It depends on the day.  I teach classes in the evening, so I'm not always up before the sunrises, but I put in a solid day's work whether I put in the time on the early side or the later side.

Here I am the lone voice of reason once again, lol   I never waken until at least 9:30 am.  I'm in business for myself to choose my own hours.  Never will I book a morning appointment because I'm simply not the best at those unGodly hours! 

Even as a baby, my Mother says it was a struggle to waken me early. (she's a morning person and tried to make me one too, lol)

Most mornings, I'm in the club swimming pool by 6:30am - feel it's important to keep active. My health comes first. If there's something that needs to be done by first thing in the morning, I do it the night before.  Clients don't usually start calling until 8am.
