Back when I was in real estate it was...Floyd Wickman's SWEATHOGS, Buffini, Debbie De Grote (her "Real Estate Script Book" is worth the premium) and a bunch of Ferrys (Mike, Tom, Patrick & I believe there was a Harry).

Why? They introduced efficient & effective processes, outside-the-box thinking, instilled a bit of "business boldness" and key talking points or specific "power words" that were useful.

I haven't found any that I wanted to follow. One of the ones mentioned in one of the answers had a script that we were supposed to use when calling expireds that called other agents rats. Seriously? I've gotten a lot of insight from non-real-estate related talks and/or writings. So I'm in the same camp on this one as Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist .

None actually.  In my early days of real estate, I participated in server and was not impressed with any of them ... none had anything that embraced my personal style. 

I get my inspiration from other sources that have nothing to do with real estate or lending.  It works for me.

Tom Ferry back in the mid-ninties taught an excellent organization/business model which I've used ever since.  Ninja selling (Larry Kendal) again somewhere in the 90's, worked well as well as it fit my referral personality to a T.

Just attended KW Mega Camp last week, excellent as always.

My favorite is likely Tom Ferry, I try to visit him on Youtube a few times every week.

Ben Kinney and his team always valuable advice.

Kristan Cole is always great with business growth and expansion advice.

Another great one is Verl Workman.

NINJA and The CORE are both amazing. Both changed my business TREMENDOUSLY over the years.

When ones real estate career is closer to sunset than sunrise, it becomes increasingly rare to encounter anything that is new in real estate.
My marketing and insiration today comes from outside of the real estate kingdom.

To me the speakers who embrace the idea the "measure of a man" is the size of his heart' appeals more to me than effective sales funnels, sticky CTAs, perfect scripts and robo calling.
Today I still find myself using the Joe Stump program more than any other, and the snout punch is not beyond my capability.

Localized in California, I like "Beef" Wellington Pendell who runs the ongoing Career Compass Real Estate Seminars. "Beef" is one of the few Speakers who is actively teaching Realtors how to sell against the I-Buyer & FinTech platforms.

For Mortgage, you nailed it...the legendary Barry Habib @ MBS Highway. I wish that guy would run for POTUS someday.

Picked up tidbits from many over the years. Jeff Shore focuses on new construction but the principles have application in resale as well.

Decades ago I was younger and not as smart.  I was RE gullible.

This is what I learned:  NO ONE "gets" what Exclusive Buyer Brokers do, other than other EBA's.

There are people writing books that have never sold a house...there are buyer experts who never had a buyer client, there are coaches that don't have a clue what they are talking about.

No one is my favorite...they are writers who make themselves sound great but could not walk in my shoes for 30 days.

The school of hard knocks is the only experience. Give me someone who also walks the walk and I might listen.
