if they are specialist in quality of life, golf courses and boats work well.
If the blood is about making more money, recent closing are the list with a justaposed peek at a future.
If the new blood has no new thing, then they are simply robbers of aquariums and NOT fishers of men. For this situation capitalizing on the unhappiness of others is the portal of access. This is where "YOur broker not showing the love you need?" plays well.
And, as we all know, eventually someone needs to make the phone call.
