I've used them and they were quite responsive. Lead generation through a website is up to you.

For a template site, not bad.  It started out as our primary site and we still keep it, but our main lead gen is via our Wordpress site.

Customer support (which we've rarely needed) has always been good.  There's probably more that could be done with the site than we do, but again, it's now a secondary site.  We will eventually deep six it and rely solely on our Wordpress site.

I did have an iHOUSE website several years ago. It is a templated affair but that's ok. I found the support and billing departments VERY responsive the years I used them.
There is a lot of vlaue for the dollars spent.
As Nina poitns out, the agent/borker must tend to the traffic generation aspect of the website. it is this perpetual responsibilty that compels one to ask, 'What better purpose could this cultivated traffc serve for me?"
This would be a good time to send to your list a survey to determine what resources the list turns to to find the same answers you would provide on iHouse. I found the resourse offered by iHouse most beneficial to me was unlimited landing pages AND the ability to highly costumize the CTA and the 'upsell' engagement. In the end I chose to just keep it all under the things I own.

I am guessing, but probably the main purpose of you wanting the website, is to get leads.

So, ask iHouseWeb to give you a list of 10-20 of their customers' websites that are ranking well on Google.

Call the agents that own them and ask:

- if they are happy with the lead generation capabilities of the website.
- is the website traffic mostly from PPC or organic, via SEO efforts.
- if organic, how long did it take to start getting leads.
- do they pay someone to do their SEO, or the website started ranking on its own (very unlikely).
- are they happy with iHouseWeb.

Check the websites for speed. Slow sites are a no-no.

To get a list of websites done by iHOUSEweb, try searching Google like so: "Real Estate Websites by" "iHOUSEweb"

William,

I looked it over, and it depends on your taste and the market you are going for.  If you like it, go for it.  It would not work for our clients.  A

I'm a new customer for them and have found them to be very responsive.  Like anything though, it's up to me to get the most out of it by promoting, adding to it, etc.

I do remember checking them out & the price including the IDX seems a bit steep now.
