I generally only have one it goes in the lockbox, if they don't want a lockbox then the key is left at the RE/MAX office.

THREE:

1. Lockbox.

2. Combo, in anticipation of 3rd party vendor services.

3. Key on the bunch, as you put it.

1. One key in the lockbox

2. Don't use combo boxes; consider it a security issue as I can't track if someone has been in the house and don't know if code has been handed out.

3. Don't have a key bunch; don't consider myself a "building superintendent." :)

4. Have no assistant. I have a team of three... me, myself, and I.

5. Office keeps no extra keys. With well over 100 agents in the office it would be chaos to maintain.

6. If house is vacant, I have a second key in my client file "just in case." If it's an occupied property where ownes are home more than not, I don't necessarily keep a second key.

Never needed more than one key in the e-lockbox.

Combo lockbox? Ummm not since the 1980's, electronic only here.

All the spares, remotes and HOA keys and parking passes just get kept in my office until close unless the property is occupied, then one and only one key needed and my client has the rest. I'm amazed at how many others need.

I ALWAYS make one for the LB, one for me, 2 extras just in case. My owners are often absentee and show up unexpected 'forgetting their key' so one extra may go into a contractor box.

3 keys. One at property in lockbox. One with me. One with Gary.  Always a back up should something go amiss.

Home is where the hearth is.

I usually have one in a lockbox at the house (whether I'm accompanying, or not) one on my personal keychain, and one in my keysafe at the orofice.

Just in case.

Keys can get tricky; we don't want too many running around. Definitely one in the lockbox (no combo's for me!); at least one spare with agent or broker.

Depends on the listing and what the liability would be for having unlogged access.  Vacant homes is one thing, owner occupied I want to have to use the supra to track my access.
