Existing home beautiful and remain grateful daily for years. Planning a second home being built in four seasons weather and that will do it for me. Now to keep an eye out for the next guy and assit if/where I can...

I'm noodling buying a property with acreage outside of CA. Want a small house with min 6 acres, single story, no pool, an hour from an airport -even a small airport is okay (can fly). Would like to be on a hill, for a view. A pond is nice, a greenhouse wow. Want to grow flowers so needs to have a six month warm season but not over 97 degrees in the summer.  Where my friends in the rain should I look? 

We've been in our current home for almost 30 years.   3.5 acres north of Cincinnati and backs up to the interstate (1 of a few things we'd change if we could).  We're under contract to purchase 10 acres on a mountaintop outside of Harpers Ferry WV.  We'll be building and hope to move sometime in 2022.

Current home is lovely, in a awesome area of Phoenix and tucked between 3 mountains, been here 24 years.  We are on the look out for another property further out, no pool and less landsaping that needs less  attention.

I'm waiting for the dev team to fix the blog.  I have faith.

We just moved to a place where turkeys roam freely... where I sprinkled the soil with chili powder to protect my spring bulbs from burrowers... where a herd of deer paraded at the back lawn.... where nature's bounty is a gift that we usually forget.
