Please do not take offence but it should no be Craig Daniels( who I can not ping to bring into the conversation) creating the work around!!!! it should be Active Rain being proactive... but that is just some member's opinion who has been on the platform a year after it became Active Rain...

This is a great post to share ActiveRain Member Support because I just ran into this issue, haha.  I will try this and hopefully be able to schedule another post for when the scheduler is back up and running!

This is an honest question here:  Does Active Rain have a PAID tech staff??  

Not that interested in a work-around... not that many hours in my day to do this on dozens of posts that show that dog. What I am interested in is a FIX! 

And let's NOT FORGET about the fact that it seems impossible on those posts that show up to tag someone and comment... how much time will I need to spend to do that once the system is working properly to acknowledge people's comments.

And let's NOT FORGET that my posts here are linked to blog posts on social media and my website blog... NOT very professional when people click through and get that stupid dog.

The new look is nice. I don't like having no control over font size, but I understand why they would restrict it.

Thanks, Craig, for the work around but right now time is really precious and I don't want to try and figure this out. It's making a complicated and very busy real estate life even more so. I'll wait it out...but SO appreciative of all that you do.

THANK you for this, Craig Daniels! I just had to use it. Evidently they did something with the line spacing with the latest revision. Even 'double spacing' as I normally did before, there was very little white space between the lines/paragraphs. I leaned my lesson but, am thankful for the workaround so that I could correct my post.

I love that the fix is as simple as changing a few words in the url. Easy-peasy! Thank you again!

Thank you so much, Craig Daniels!  I also made a mistake on my blog post and couldn't edit /delete it until I landed here.

I am unable to tag the fantastic people that respond to my daily blogs.  In the past, I was also able to see everyone who responded to my blogs or liked my posts.  I need to thank them.  Now I have to first go to my home page and respond to the partial list.  Then I have to go to "Points" to try to see who I have missed.  I know I am still missing some people. I can only mention them by name without a tag, so they have no idea I appreciate their response.

I also see only a partial frame when I try to write a post. 

The page cuts off just below the buttons as seen above (the blank is what I see on the rest of the page and the scrollbar won't scroll the entire page).  I have to keep clicking my cursor outside each frame and scroll to get to each frame/section of the page.  I reported this weeks and weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.  I am glad to hear that there is still a support team.

Maybe ActitveRain can run a test page before releasing it, to see how things work.  Sure changes create bugs, but missing buttons so that something can't be edited/deleted is certainly important.

I really appreciate ActiveRain (and the members) and have been a member for many years.  Hope this gets straightened out soon.

I stayed away from AR for about a week now, while I appreciate the workaround information provided by Craig, I will wait until it is fixed.

I came to the Q&A to ask this same question after I was able to publish a blog (yeah!) but searched for the edit button for a few minutes. 

I'm just thankful today that the dog didn't bark at me, and my post turned out okay (minus not being able to tag one of my fav lender peeps Bridget "Mortgage Mama" McGee in it, and my bullet points not showing).

Thank you, thank you, thank you Craig Daniels. I am very appreciative of your work around.. it took but a couple of seconds to get to the editing page.  

Good grief Charlie Brown.  Will patiently wait for the correct buttons to magically appear when needed.
