"typical", what is that? An all cash residential deal can be done in under a week. A complicated multifamily transaction involving multiple limited partnerships took 11 months to sign a contract and another 30 days to close.

30 to 45 days are typical. I have seen more and less.

That is a loaded question...it depends because nothing is typical in the real estate industry.

"Typical" does not exist in real estate and there is no longer any such thing as "normal".

No typical. Whatever is agreed upon by buyer and seller.

What do you mean? Too open a Q.
I can get it signed by the buyer in hours --> to the seller in minutes --> seller takes their time, maybe 2 days --> seller signs --> back to me in minutes. Completed contract.

Let's assume you actually mean "How long does it take to close a transaction once the contact has been fully signed?"
Depends...
A cash transaction can close in a few days.
A financed transaction with full underwriting of the loan, appraisal, preparation of documents, signing and funding, can take anywhere from about 20 days to forever (although average is about 30 days).
