I did not know national title companies ever did close cannabis transactions.

Good luck with this!

Many cannabis owners don't use banks, don't have ID. Need to know how much is cash. Give me a call, I need more details. Since they are doing an exchange they cannot layer in some green personal property... and need what county in Oregon

I think Bob Crane's idea of using an attorney should help. In CT we are an attorney state, they handle the closings.

well this is totally based on what state you are in. We don't have to use escrow in IL so it's a moot point.

We're able to work with employees of the cannabis industry through some of our channels, but can't help investors, the actual business owners, and still need to season and source all funds.  Hopefully not long before federal law makes this a lot easier on everyone : )

I don't know for sure but, TD Bank is Canadian and don't have the federal regulations most banks do here. They have helped me with international buyers before so, that may be worth a quick call to find out.

Good luck!

You'll need (at least in my experience) a bank that is NOT FDIC insured.  Weed is still illegal (despite what your state and mine voted for), so no Federally insured bank will touch any funds used to buy a building for that purpose or any money that comes from an existing business of that nature.
