I think "best" is very subjective.

For me, "best real estate website" means one that converts well and gets the agent a ton of leads.

Some agents may want something else out of their websites.

I help real estate agents grow their business.

I have always said that a well-deisgned website with no traffic is a well-designed website with no traffic. Conversely, a poorly-designed website with lots of traffic is a poorly designed website with lots of traffic.

My point here is this: you need the best of both worlds. Too many folks spend a lot of time, energy, and money on a beautiful website, yet fail to do anything with it. (Other than say they have it.) I have also seen some of the most successful websites (ones with traffic AND convert) look really bad. The designer in me dies inside, but kudos to their success.

Should you decide to spend a decent amount of money on a website, I suggest that you follow it up by leveraging the power it can bring you. Otherwise, invest that money elsewhere in your business.

Disclaimer: I have designed/developed WordPress themes/websites since 2007.

You can have one designed that meets the criteria you mention. Wordpress is a popular choice. There really isn't a "best" website. I'd check to see what top agents in your area are using for their websites. Evan a website where you pay a monthy fee for site and idx can usually be edited to have neighborhood page links, and is easy to navigate.

Yes if you can figure a way to have your site capture peoples information - fantasic ...but if you are looking for a company to just do up a site for you I can't imagine it ends up all that unique other than the content you actually put into it so I suppose you could just google "real estate agent sites" and run with pricing scenarios but I have always enjoyed taking like a "wordpress" templates and seeing which one is attractive and then building from many ways to go about.  Lastly I would say you would want your site to be able to host your personal videos because my guess you would want to upload videos of you to really sell to your audience and have it be personable and current.

Do you guys want suggestions? Opinions?

Every website that I've ever done can do this. It's not hard to do at all. Page for each town or neighborhood.

I would make my search on ease of use, price per month.

For years the real estate website was property listings. One flavor, one mission. Now, unless you just want to list and sell to local buyers, what is your area like... can you share with me as the local expert who lives in your real estate market the "community flavor". Community pages that one by one show the buyer around rich in video, images, helpful narrative. Just identify those areas you serve, have listing saved search link for properties in those location to make your site more than just listings listings listings like everyone else's Bozeman Real Estate Group . You have a video channel, but the site does not incorporate it and like two separate entities when could be market tag teaming together. Embed video in those community pages so come on "you are there" happens.

I am a huge fan of building a WordPress site and creating pages with my own content. You can also add idx search results to those pages which helps seo and ranking.
