I have no idea what this company is about but it sounds to me it's another one of promise a lot and take your money and it's a mess. Contact your credit card and put a stop payment on them as they're not getting back to you.

I use KvCore , love it and the import of my leads was done by them, I just sent them the file and it was done in a day. No issues. They have great tech support, have they been able to help at all?
