Regardless of when you bought it, the best way to sell a home quickly is to make sure it's clean and sparkly, price it properly and make sure as many buyers as possible know it's for sale.

Unfortunately if the home was just bought 4 or 5 months ago, the seller will most likely take a loss, $$$-wise.
