Feeling great today, bought and sold a great property this week. But am sticking to short terms buy and sell over holding until the election. The economy does not like socialism. 

I feel great to have invested when there was ROI on the buy. I feel bad for those trying to do it now to keep their crews intact, as things sell over asking.

I just had an investor offer me $100,000 less than asking on a listing that hasn't even gone active yet and will sell in multiple offers over asking...LOL...I surpressed my belly laugh and politely told him "we'll let you know". 🙄
