No perfect world is a good reminder to be civil however business rules state certain obligations and services. Fail to maintain a business model or keep current or travel with the flow and you self-terminate. Start-ups need 6 months reserve or stats say in one year you are bankrupt if you don't make it. Existing businesses will lose branding, reputation and income. Plain and simple: You are either in business or you are not. Reality dictates
