ActiveRain Member Support explained what happened and what will happen to correct it, hopefully.  I am going to stay off ActiveRain until them and see how it all shakes out.  I am hoping that things will pick right back up from where they left off and all will be right in the world of ActiveRain.

Observation: We're a blog site, that implies we come here to read, write and contribute...yet few seem to read, evidenced by many posting the EXACT SAME QUESTION (ironically) they wouldn't need to post... if they'd just read a bit first...or check in more often. LOL 🙄

The site crashed last week. The site is up and running again but EVERYTHING from the 2nd of June still needs to be restored. They're hoping to have that done early this coming week.

System crashed.  We are told the database person will work on a full restore this week ... it was not just you - all members lost posts, comments, points, etc.
