From what I am observing you are posting very infrequently on AR. That means the SEO attained via the RAINER subscription is unlikely to have much affect on your traffic. IF your posts are intended to be event driven or pillar posts you should be aware the best results are attained by having other sources directing traffic to your blog or website. 'I'll buy your house" is perfect for bandit signs or other interrupters such as direct mail or FB ads.. Good feeder systems is the best way to get local traffic to read your offer.
