I’ve been doing virtual tours for about 10 years now, so in the past I’ve used FaceTime and Skype, but since the pandemic I’ve been using my Zoom account more than FaceTime for multiple viewers and better connections.

I’ve done a couple virtual open houses in conjunction with a showing early in the pandemic, but no more virtual-open houses are necessary as San Diego is back to “normal” in the real estate market except for the fact that we have to wear surgeon gear.

I’ve been out showing property five or six days a week for the last five weeks and the last two weeks I’ve been insanely busy, houses are 100% on appointment only showing schedules.

One of my friends is using Virtual Reality Equipment. Others use Zoom

Thanks for sharing your ideas.  I use Facebook live to feed my hungry clients. 

Zoom can be an excellent tool for this, but it does take some training of the agent to do this right.

Good to have someone back at the office coordinating the guests and directing the show.

In Colorado, we are not allowed to hold open houses yets, only virtual open houses.

We use professional photographers who provide Matterport tours that we can make available for our listengs.

I've used virtual tours for years. I do not spend my time hosting open houses - live or virtual. We do not need an open house to sell homes in my market. 

I like facebook live. So far though my new listings have sold before the open house.

Powered by Youtube, uploaded on Facebook, shared on Pinterest, the social media circuit. Embed them in your blog posts.Follow up with WhatsApp and Facetime for deeper video live streaming with one on one let's explore the nooks and crannies and providing anything to finish up the remote real estate sale. Many who say they use video, check their channels. Crickets and could be powerful producer but sadly just given lip service. Fortify and crank up your neglected video channels. Now more than ever extremely important!
