DJI Mavic Pro because it's small, very portable and shoots great HD photos and video.

DJI seems to be rather well regarded in the space.  There are some pricier ways to go if you want to build your own drone.

Drones are not easy to control. Perhaps you might want to buy a cheap one, just to practice flying it before you decide to invest in a better model.

Hi Mike McCann - Nebraska Farm Land Broker  

My husband got into this at the very beginning around 2014 (I think). He has stayed with DJI UAVs.  Prio to the Mavic, He flew Phantoms, they are bulky and harder to fly.

He currently has a Mavic Pro Platinum and absolutely loves it.  I am his spotter!  I can attest to how easy it is to fly.  Good luck! 

His next purchase would be a Mavic 2 with the built-in monitor on the control.
